Common stock · Ticker FLOT · Robinhood Chain
One billion shares outstanding.
One billion in the float.
Every other ticker has a gap between those two numbers. Insiders hold a slab, a fund is vesting, there is an option pool and a lockup that expires on a date nobody tells you. The float is always the smaller number, and the difference is everything that can be sold into you later.

The gap
What a float normally hides
Shares outstanding is the number a company prints on the cover. The float is the part the public can actually trade. The space between them is held by people who paid less than you and are waiting for a date on a calendar.
The design
There isn’t one
No emission schedule. No epochs. No rebase. No reflection. No tax on transfers. No hook, no keeper, no oracle. The token is a standard ERC‑20 and the entire contract fits on the screen below.
The important part is not what was switched off. It is what was never written. A paused function can be unpaused; an owner who renounced can have renounced to a contract. These functions are absent from the bytecode, which is a claim you can verify rather than a promise you have to accept.
| Function | Status | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| mint() | Absent | Supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 and cannot grow. |
| pause() | Absent | Trading cannot be halted by anyone. |
| blacklist() | Absent | No wallet can be blocked from sending or receiving. |
| freeze() | Absent | No balance can be locked. Your tokens are always yours. |
| setFee() | Absent | Transfers are plain ERC‑20. Nothing skims a percentage. |
| owner() | Absent | No admin role exists, so there was never one to renounce. |
| upgradeTo() | Absent | No proxy. The code at the address today is the code forever. |
The contract
All of it
Not an excerpt. This is the complete source, and it is the only thing deployed.
